By browsing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Any order or purchase made through the Website constitutes a transaction (the “Transaction”).

These Terms are written in the masculine form for convenience only and apply to all genders.

The Company may update these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Company’s electronic records shall constitute prima facie evidence of all Transactions.

The Website and its content are provided for private and personal use only.
Any commercial use, copying, reproduction, distribution, publication or modification of any content without the Company’s prior written consent is prohibited.

These Terms apply to all devices, including computers, mobile phones and tablets.

2. Eligibility to purchase

You may place an order only if:

  • you are at least 18 years old and legally competent; and
  • you are the lawful holder of the payment method used or have the holder’s authorization.

The Company reserves the right to refuse, block or cancel any order in case of misuse of the Website or breach of these Terms.

3. Orders and payment

Customers may place orders through the Website by completing the checkout form and providing accurate and up-to-date personal information, including name (and where required by law, identification details), email address, phone number, shipping address and payment details.

Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of the order.

The Company may suspend or cancel any order suspected of fraud or abuse.

Payment methods

Accepted payment methods include:
credit card, gift card, PayPal, Bit, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Gift cards, BUY ME cards and vouchers are subject to approval by the relevant issuing providers.

Payment details are not stored in full and are used solely to complete the Transaction.

An order is considered completed only after payment has been successfully authorized and the order has been confirmed by the Company.

Orders are subject to:

  • successful payment authorization; and
  • product availability.

The Company does not guarantee that all products displayed on the Website are available in stock.

If a product is unavailable, the Company may cancel the order and issue a refund.

Product prices, promotions and delivery fees may be updated at any time without prior notice.
The applicable price is the price displayed at the time the order is completed.

Prices on the Website may differ from prices in physical stores.
