Shipping & Delivery

Orders are delivered in Israel and internationally, to the address provided by the customer.

Deliveries are carried out by external courier companies.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer upon delivery.

Deliveries in Israel are generally made on business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays).

The Company may deliver an order in separate shipments.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect details, absence of the customer or refusal to accept delivery, the customer may be charged additional delivery and handling fees.

If the customer authorizes leaving the parcel at the door or in a designated location, the Company shall not be responsible for loss or damage.

The Company may refuse delivery to certain areas due to security or access restrictions and may coordinate an alternative delivery arrangement with the customer.

International orders may be subject to local taxes, customs duties and import fees.
Such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
