1. Cancellations, returns and exchanges
All cancellations are subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
Cancellation before delivery
The customer may cancel an order before shipment by contacting customer service or by using the cancellation option on the Website (if available).
A refund will be issued within 14 days, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the order.
Cancellation after delivery
The customer may cancel the order within 14 days from the date of receipt by contacting customer service or by returning the item to the Tha Switch store.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached and in resalable condition.
Return shipping costs may apply.
Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in the case of defective products.
The Company may claim compensation if the value of the product has decreased due to use, damage or deterioration.
Defective or non-conforming products
The customer must inspect the products immediately upon receipt.
If a product is defective or does not match its description, the customer may request a replacement or a cancellation within 14 days.
Upon return of a defective product, a full refund will be issued, including delivery fees.
Exchanges (non-defective items)
Exchanges (for example, size changes) may be requested within 14 days, subject to stock availability and provided the product is unused and in its original condition.
2. Cancellation by the Company
The Company may cancel an order in cases including:
- technical or system failures;
- inability to supply the product;
- errors in pricing or product information;
- events beyond the Company’s control.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 14 days.
